Job summary

D4Insight is seeking a Systems Analyst to drive integration initiatives across APIs, messaging, and middleware within the core banking domain. You will gather requirements, design data mappings, and coordinate testing and deployment activities.

You will collaborate with business teams, architects, and developers, ensuring governance, security, and architectural standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years as a Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Integration Analyst.
• Core Banking technical and functional expertise.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON data mapping and interface design.
• Familiar with Azure, AWS, or OCI and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare API specifications, interface documents, process flows, data mappings, and integration designs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and developers to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze upstream and downstream impacts of integrations and platform changes.
• Support API, messaging, event-streaming, and middleware solution design.
• Define data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation requirements.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production readiness.
• Support integration troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with integration governance, security, and architecture standards.

Role Overview:

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, messaging, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with TIBCO, MuleSoft, Kafka, API Gateway, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of core banking business processes.
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, REST APIs, data mapping, and interface design.
• Experience in digital banking, payments, channels, or core banking transformation.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or OCI and Agile methodologies.
