Key Responsibilities

Responsible for providing day-to-day production support, including proactive monitoring of applications and services to ensure high availability, stability, and optimal performance.

Manages incident resolution in a timely manner, performs root cause analysis where required, and delivers ongoing technical support for business-critical initiatives, enhancements, and project implementations.

Submitting RCA for high priority incidents and remediation’s.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge with Cloud Platforms and the components (AWS, Azure)
• Strong knowledge with operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL, GitHub & CI/CD Pipeline
• Good knowledge of IIS, WebSphere, and Tomcat
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and tools
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
