Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced production support professional to monitor and sustain high-availability applications and services in a fast-paced environment. You will resolve incidents, perform root cause analyses, and provide ongoing technical support for critical projects.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong cloud and OS knowledge, hands-on Oracle/SQL experience, and familiarity with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Around 5+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Strong knowledge with operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL, GitHub & CI/CD Pipeline.
• Good knowledge of IIS, WebSphere, and Tomcat.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support and proactive monitoring for high availability.
• Manage incident resolution, perform root cause analysis where required, and deliver ongoing technical support for business-critical initiatives.
