About the Role :

We are seeking an organized, tech-savvy, and results-oriented Real Estate Lead Specialist to manage and optimize our lead pipeline. This position is crucial to the success of our sales team, as it involves handling incoming leads, ensuring accurate data capture, prompt follow-ups, and maintaining lead quality across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with CRM tools, real estate databases, and sales teams — with a strong understanding of lead flow, lead qualification, and conversion strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and monitor all incoming leads across platforms (website, phone, WhatsApp, social media, property portals, walk-ins, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate and consistent recording of lead information in the CRM system.
  • Qualify leads based on specific property requirements, budget, and buying intent.
  • Assign leads to appropriate sales agents based on availability, specialization, and priority.
  • Oversee and enforce follow-up schedules to ensure no leads go cold or uncontacted.
  • Track the lead journey from inquiry to conversion and generate weekly / monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align lead quality with campaign objectives.
  • Identify duplicate, spam, or low-quality leads and filter them out systematically.
  • Optimize workflows and recommend improvements to the lead management process.
  • Monitor agent response time and lead handling efficiency.
  • Ensure the CRM is kept clean, organized, and up to date at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate lead management, CRM coordination, or sales administration.
  • Solid understanding of the real estate sales cycle and client qualification processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or industry-specific tools).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills.
  • Tech-savvy with good knowledge of digital platforms and lead sources (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize time-sensitive leads.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
