Al Etihad Payments is seeking a skilled Windows Server Administrator to maintain and secure our Windows server estate across on prem, virtual and cloud environments. You will manage AD, DNS/DHCP, patch cycles and server hardening.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in enterprise Windows administration, with PowerShell, VM/Hyper-V expertise, and ISO27001/PCI DSS awareness. This is an on-site UAE role with a competitive package.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Windows Server environments across physical, virtual and cloud platforms.
• Manage DNS, DHCP, file services, IIS and failover clustering.
• Monitor server performance and resolve incidents within SLAs.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, domain controllers and trusts.
• Support Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO and MFA solutions.
• Plan and execute monthly patching using WSUS/SCCM/MECM or equivalent.
• Maintain server builds and configuration baselines.
• Apply CIS and organizational hardening standards; coordinate with Security on endpoint protection and audit logging.
• Maintain documentation and support PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and audits.

About the role

Administer, maintain and secure Al Etihad Payments' Windows server infrastructure, including Active Directory and patch management. The role ensures a stable, secure and compliant Windows environment that supports business and payment operations.

What You’ll Do:

Windows Server Administration

• Install, configure and maintain Windows Server environments across physical, virtual and cloud platforms.
• Manage core services such as DNS, DHCP, file services, IIS and failover clustering.
• Monitor server performance and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.

Active Directory & Identity Services

• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, domain controllers and trusts.
• Manage user, group and service account lifecycles in line with access control policies.
• Support integration with Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO and MFA solutions.

Patch & Configuration Management

• Plan and execute monthly patching using WSUS, SCCM/MECM or equivalent tools.
• Track patch compliance and remediate vulnerabilities identified by security scans.
• Maintain standard server builds and configuration baselines.

Security, Compliance & Documentation

• Apply CIS and organizational hardening standards to Windows servers.
• Coordinate with Security on endpoint protection, PAM and audit logging.
• Maintain documentation and support PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and audits

Qualifications & Years of Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Windows server administration in enterprise environments.
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Azure Administrator or MCSE.
