Responsibilities
- Install and configure employee computer systems, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software, backups, network infrastructure, and other IT devices.
- Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, IDS / IPS, and load balancers to ensure high availability and secure access.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, networking, and hardware issues.
- Monitor and manage backups, antivirus, and email security systems.
- Support and manage AWS, Azure Cloud services, and Microsoft platform technologies such as Windows Server.
- Configure and manage Fortinet firewalls to safeguard client networks.
- Collaborate with corporate IT teams to deploy new technologies and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical support role.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Strong knowledge of Manage Engine, Intune, Active Directory, Group Policy, and other Windows Server roles and features.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
