The role includes delivering training courses, assessing trainee progress, and reporting on performance. Job Description:

Provide training to pilots on a wide range of courses as listed in the Airbus Pilot Catalog using various training tools to operate Airbus Aircraft safely, efficiently, and effectively by applying Airbus Flight Training Standards, Training Policy, and Airworthiness Authorities regulations.

Deliver Airbus flight training courses as per Airbus FCTP and associated training media.

Assess the progress of trainees and determine the need for additional training if required.

Provide written reports and grading of trainees' performance at the end of each session.

The candidate will be based in Dubai, UAE, reporting to the Head of Training (Airbus Africa & Middle East) and may be required to travel within the region or to other Training Centres within the Airbus network for training activities.
