Job summary

ProFit Swimming, a private at-home swim school in Dubai, is hiring swimming coaches to teach one-on-one lessons at clients' villa or building pools across 22+ communities. You will follow a structured curriculum and milestone system and send progress notes to parents after each lesson.

We offer a consistent stream of private clients, a flexible schedule within 07:00-21:00, 7 days a week, and paid onboarding in our Trust Ladder methodology with long-term cooperation.

Qualifications

• STA/ASA/Swim England or equivalent certification.
• Paediatric first aid and CPR (or willingness to certify).
• Police clearance / good conduct certificate.
• Confident spoken English (other languages a plus).
• Based in UAE or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Teach private swimming lessons at clients' home pools across Dubai.

ProFit Swimming is a private at-home swim school in Dubai. Our STA-certified coaches teach one-on-one at clients' villa and building pools across 22+ Dubai communities - babies from birth, kids, adults and ladies. We are growing and hiring swimming coaches.

What you will do: teach private swimming lessons at clients' home pools across Dubai, follow our structured curriculum and milestone system, send short progress notes to parents after each lesson.

Skills

STA / ASA / Swim England or equivalent swimming teacher certification. Paediatric first aid and CPR (or willingness to certify). Police clearance / good conduct certificate. Confident spoken English (Russian, Arabic, French, German or Farsi is a plus). Based in the UAE or ready to relocate. Experience teaching babies, kids or adults one-on-one.
