Job description

My Sports Academy is seeking a passionate and dynamic Level 2 Swim Coach to join our established coaching team in Dubai. If you are dedicated to developing swimmers of all levels and have a drive for excellence in aquatic sport, we want to hear from you.

As part of our expanding academy, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality training sessions across our afterschool swim squads, school partnerships, and holiday programs. This is a fantastic opportunity to coach in a high-performance, supportive environment with access to top-tier facilities and continuous professional development.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• Swim England Level 2 Coaching qualification (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of coaching experience with children and youth swimmers
• Proven ability to deliver technical, engaging, and age-appropriate sessions
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• A team player committed to athlete development and long-term progression

Desirable (Exceptional):

• Swim England Level 3 Coaching qualification (or international equivalent)
• Experience in competitive squad development and talent identification
• Knowledge of LTAD (Long-Term Athlete Development) and season planning
• First Aid and Lifeguarding certification
