• Basic first aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain these certifications.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate classes, events, and peak training times.

Daily responsibilities include assessing swimmers' abilities, creating progressive training plans, demonstrating proper techniques, and providing individualized feedback and correction. The coach will monitor pool safety, enforce academy rules, coordinate with other staff to schedule sessions, and maintain accurate records of attendance and swimmer progress. The role also involves communicating with parents and guardians, preparing swimmers for competitions or assessments, and supporting a positive, inclusive training environment.
