Job summary

Kafou sport Academy LLC in Dubai is seeking a dedicated swim coach to develop training programs, focusing on stroke technique, endurance, and race strategy.

Candidates should hold a current coaching certification, have 2-3 years of competitive coaching experience, and be able to teach swimmers from beginners to advanced. Schedule: 4PM-10PM weekdays, 7AM-8PM weekends.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience coaching competitive swimming at club, high school, or collegiate level.
• Proven ability to teach swimmers of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs tailored to swimmers' needs, focusing on technique, endurance, and race strategy.
• Analyze performance using video and data to provide feedback and refine techniques.
• Create a positive team environment and foster discipline and camaraderie.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of swim meets, including entries, travel, and on-site coaching.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of swim meets, including meet entries, travel arrangements, and on-site coaching, ensuring smooth operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possession of a current coaching certification from a recognized national or international swimming organization.


• 2-3 years of experience coaching competitive swimming at the club, high school, or collegiate level.


• Proven ability to effectively teach and coach swimmers of varying skill levels, from beginners to advance level.


• Timings: 4PM - 10PM WEEKDAYS , 7AM - 8 PM SAT & SUN , Monday Off.
