Job summary

Star Services in Abu Dhabi is seeking a swimming coach to develop and implement training programs for university students. You will coach students, supervise team training, and organize practice meets for participation in internal and external competitions.

The role includes identifying talented student athletes, developing their skills, and preparing them to join university teams while promoting teamwork, discipline, and athletic excellence.

Qualifications

• Holds an academic qualification in Physical Education or specialization in the field.
• Holds a valid Lifeguard certification from a recognized organization.
• Holds a valid First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for university students.
• Coach students and enhance their fundamental swimming skills.
• Organize tournaments and sports events.
• Supervise swimming team training sessions and develop students' technical skills.
• Organize training sessions and practice meets for the swimming team to participate in internal and external competitions and tournaments.
