Job summary

A leading swim instruction provider based in Dubai seeks a Female Swim Instructor specializing in lessons for infants and preschoolers. The instructor will be responsible for conducting individual swimming lessons and needs to have relevant STA certifications. A strong emphasis on communication and building relationships with young children and their families is essential. Experience with children with special needs is advantageous!

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Arabic or Russian is a plus.
• Knowledge of infant/preschool swim-teaching methods.
• Experience with children with special needs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual swimming lessons for infants and preschoolers.
• Build rapport with children and parents to enhance learning experiences.
• Present swimming services and build long-term client relationships.

Format: Individual lessons only (ages 0–7)

Salary: AED 8,000–12,000

Requirements

• Fluent in English at Pre-Intermediate level or higher (Arabic or Russian speaking instructors are also needed)
• Hold (or be willing to obtain) the following STA certifications:
• STA Baby & Pre-School Teacher
• STA Lifesaving (Pool Lifeguard) + CPR & First Aid
• Knowledge of infant/preschool swim-teaching methods and a basic understanding of child physiology.
• Excellent communication skills; able to build rapport with children and their parents.
• Sales skills: ability to present services and cultivate long-term client relationships.
• A genuine passion for working with young children—everything else can be taught.
