Job summary

A financial services firm in Dubai is seeking a Capital Raising Manager to own the capital raise strategy and lead a team of capital raisers. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in investor relations, a strong track record in capital raising, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include overseeing investor engagement and managing relationships with fund managers. The role may require travel across the GCC.

Job description
What You’ll Do
  • Product Coverage & Capital Raising: Own and drive the capital raise strategy for assigned products
  • Understand the full commercial and regulatory obligations of each fund
  • Oversee regional roadshows and ensure exceptional investor engagement
  • Lead on follow-ups, reporting, and pipeline conversion
  • Work closely with fund managers and internal stakeholders
  • Fund Manager & Partner Management: Act as the key liaison between Greenstone and its fund manager partners
  • Review and oversee all key deliverables: roadshow materials, marketing content, updates, and compliance processes
  • Handle fund manager communications and issue resolution
  • Investor Communications & Performance Tracking: Oversee the quality and effectiveness of investor outreach across your team
  • Monitor outbound communications and activity reporting via Salesforce
  • Drive accountability and data-led decision-making across all pipeline metrics
  • Team Management & Leadership: Lead, train, and develop a team of ~4 capital raisers
  • Set clear annual and product-specific targets
  • Oversee team onboarding, development, and performance reviews
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on hiring, training, and compensation decisions
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven leadership experience within investor relations, sales, or fundraising teams
  • Strong track record managing client relationships and raising capital from institutional or private investors (SWFs, family offices, MFOs, etc.)
  • Experience in private placements and alternative investments
  • Commercially savvy and results-driven
  • Willingness to travel across the GCC (up to 2 weeks per month)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • High integrity, strong analytical skills, and a hands-on approach
  • Experience working in high-performance, fast-paced environments
