Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience dans les opérations et l'infrastructure, ainsi qu'une capacité à inspirer et diriger des équipes pluridisciplinaires tout en alignant les objectifs technologiques sur les objectifs commerciaux.

Qualifications

• Expérience extensive dans Trading, Wealth, Assets, Equity, Brokerage.
• A construit une plateforme de trading d'origine.
• Capacité à élaborer une roadmap technologique de 3 à 5 ans.

Arcus Search have partnered with a Fast-Growing Financial Institution based out of Abu Dhabi, who are looking to bring in anSVP of Technology.

The role:

The institution is looking to offer a world-class technical solution to their clients. This individual will help build out a a market-leading trading platform, and accompanying solutions, as well as creating a cloud-native & cyber-secure underlying infrastructure.

You will own own the technology strategy & roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business objectives, and manage a team across Operations, Infrastructure, Engineering, Product & Data.

Experience you need:

• Industry experience you need to have worked extensively within Trading, Wealth, Assets, Equity, Brokerage etc
• Technical experience you need to have owned Operations & Infrastructure as a minimum. Anything else is a bonus
• Platform experience you need to have built out a trading platform / trading software from scratch
• An inspiring leader who leads from the front
• A strategic mind someone who can create a roadmap for the next 3-5 years, and understand what direction the business should go down
