Job Title: Business Governance Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the banking sector, with at least 4 years in managerial roles related to Business Governance or similar fields.

Job Description:

  1. Manage the development and implementation of the Consumer Banking Governance program, strategies, policies, procedures, and related projects to ensure full compliance with internal and external requirements.
  2. Lead and organize units within Business Governance, including:
  • Business Control management of Financial DOAs for CBG and Operational Risk interface.
  • Channels Control & QA Spot Checks of Branches and Alternative Channels, including QA of CC & BDU.
  • Provide Compliance Advisory & Audit services on all matters and interface with GIA.
  • Monitor AML/RFI reviews of KYC, handle AML/RFI alerts, and oversee Compliance Exits.
  • Support S&D Channels with end-to-end support for the branch network and channels.
  • Ensure the team supports all CBG business units effectively and maintains relationships with Second and Third Line of Defence functions and stakeholders.
  • Oversee and manage complex cases requiring additional review and final decision-making.
  • Represent CBG Management in management meetings as required.
