Key Responsibilities
- Project management: Advise clients on their climate strategy, including carbon baselining, onsite audits, external benchmark studies, goal setting, and roadmap planning. Oversee the implementation of renewable energy transactions, sustainability managed services, and enterprise efficiency services.
- Client interface: Act as the key contact during project work, providing oversight, synthesizing recommendations, challenging work in progress, and reorienting analyses to maximize client value while managing project budgets.
- Project delivery: Drive projects proactively, share innovative ideas, handle challenging situations, and solve problems to address delivery challenges.
- Stakeholder communication: Manage external and internal communications with maturity.
- Collaboration: Work with global and regional teams to leverage expertise and facilitate follow-on opportunities across Schneider Electric's lines of business.
- Commercial support: Collaborate with commercial leaders and support commercial enablement.
- Team development: Build, coach, and inspire junior team members, fostering their consulting and communication skills.
- Knowledge management: Contribute to sustainability knowledge resources by working with the Knowledge Management team to identify gaps and develop methodologies, tools, and assets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Effective persuasion and influence skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate.
