Job description

Our Sustainability team requires an experienced Lead to join our company.

You will collaborate with our existing team to develop our service offering, leveraging your specialized technical knowledge while working on some of the most exciting projects in the region.

Key Competencies:

• Degree or higher in Engineering, Sustainable Energy, Building Services Engineering, Sustainable Development, or related fields. Chartered status or full/fellow membership of a recognized professional body is preferred.
• 11+ years of experience in sustainability development projects and building-related initiatives, including project management and business development.
• Experience with rails and transportation sectors.
• Regional experience in large-scale master planning, design, and infrastructure projects involving multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong expertise in carbon reduction and net zero strategies, with a broad skill set and willingness to engage in diverse projects.
• Experience leading projects on sustainability frameworks, decarbonization strategies, NZEB, Low/Net Zero Carbon design, lifecycle assessments, and related advisory services.

• Technical knowledge of whole-life carbon assessment, analytical tools, carbon accounting, and Net Zero Carbon roadmaps for large portfolios.
• Experience with green building certifications such as LEED, Mostadam, Estidama, WELL, etc.
• Relevant credentials such as LEED AP, Mostadam, Estidama, WELL, Low Carbon Consultant, Energy Auditor, or other sustainability-focused certifications.

• Flexible, adaptable, and open to working at various office locations.
• Knowledge of emerging carbon and net zero regulations, standards, and international frameworks is advantageous.

What will you be doing?

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop sustainability strategies and provide expert advice to clients.
• Develop KPIs, strategies, and management plans for projects, implementing them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead sustainability certification processes and liaise with authorities and stakeholders.
• Drive strategic projects with corporate clients to achieve Net Zero commitments.
• Develop operational frameworks for successful project delivery.
• Support data management, benchmarking, and process development.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills.
• Contribute to business development, including proposal writing.
• Support the evolution of our services, tools, and capabilities.
• Manage client relationships, project delivery, and reporting within a collaborative team environment.
