Four Seasons Hotel DIFC is a boutique-style sanctuary in Dubai, offering a luxurious experience with 106 accommodations, including 28 suites. Known for its iconic location and personalized service, it provides a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare sushi and specialty items according to recipes and presentation standards.
  2. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels at the sushi station during shifts.
  3. Assist with opening and closing kitchen procedures.
  4. Ensure food hygiene and safety standards in compliance with HACCP.
  5. Support the Head Sushi Chef and team as needed.
  6. Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations.
  7. Monitor ingredients inventory and report stock needs promptly.
  8. Maintain high standards of personal grooming and cleanliness.
  9. Participate in departmental briefings and cross-training sessions.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 5 years of sushi preparation experience in fine dining or luxury hotels.
  2. Strong knife skills and knowledge of traditional and modern sushi techniques.
