Al khtim greenescape is seeking a surveying professional to perform topographic and site surveys for landscape projects in the UAE. The role involves field data collection, setting-out, and coordination with engineers and contractors to ensure accuracy and compliance with drawings.

Experience with Total Station and GNSS/GPS equipment is essential, along with the ability to read landscape and engineering drawings and to work independently on-site.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of relevant surveying experience in the UAE.
• Good English communication skills (mandatory).
• Able to work independently on site and coordinate with engineers and contractors.

• Carry out topographic and site surveys for landscape projects.

• Operate Total Station and GNSS GPS surveying equipment.
• Carry out setting-out works according to approved drawings.
• Establish reference points, benchmarks and site control points.
• Provide contractors with coordinates, levels, and setting-out points.
• Conduct as-built surveys and verify works against drawings.
• Read and interpret engineering and landscape drawings.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.

• Carry out topographic and site surveys for existing and new Landscape project areas
• Perform field surveys and collect accurate coordinates and elevation data
• Operate Total Station and GNSS GPS surveying equipment
• Carry out setting-out works for landscape elements according to approved drawings
• Establish reference points benchmarks and site control points
• Provide contractors with accurate coordinates levels and setting-out points for site execution
• Conduct as-built surveys and verify completed works against approved drawings
• Carry out surveying works for existing areas requiring modifications adjustments or redevelopment
• Read and interpret engineering and Landscape drawings
• Coordinate with site engineers supervisors and contractors
• Maintain surveying equipment and ensure accuracy of field measurements
• Indian national preferred.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant surveying experience in the UAE.
• Good practical experience operating Total Station and GNSS/GPS surveying equipment.
• Previous experience in Landscape, infrastructure, or construction projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of site surveying, setting-out, levelling, and as-built surveys.
• Ability to read and understand engineering and Landscape drawings.
• Good English communication skills (mandatory).
• Able to work independently on site and coordinate effectively with engineers and contractors.
• Familiarity with UAE surveying standards and site practices.
• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
