Job Description

• Manage and oversee all survey projects from planning to delivery.
• Lead and allocate field teams, ensuring optimal use of resources and equipment.
• Coordinate with CAD and GIS teams for processing and final submissions.
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and timely execution of projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling communication and updates.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide technical support to the team.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to ongoing projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land, topographical, and geospatial surveys.
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Mapping systems, UAV (Drone) surveys, and 3D Laser Scanners.
• Strong command of GIS software and AutoCAD.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
