We are seeking a seasoned Survey & Sales Coordinator to join our Relocations and Moving department. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in international and domestic relocations, with a proven ability to conduct detailed pre-move surveys, prepare tailored quotations, and manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, commercial acumen, and an in-depth understanding of the moving industry. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct and coordinate in-depth pre-move surveys (on-site and virtual) for corporate and individual clients. • Prepare accurate and customized quotations based on survey results and client needs. • Provide expert advice on services and guide clients through the relocation process. • Follow up on leads, manage pipelines, and support the sales team in securing business. • Maintain client communication from initial contact to confirmed booking, ensuring a seamless experience. • Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to align expectations and execution. • Keep up to date with market trends and competitor offerings to support commercial decisions.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in relocations, moving services, or logistics (B2C or B2B). • Strong knowledge of pre-move survey techniques and international moving standards. • Solid understanding of door-to-door relocations, packing requirements, and customs procedures. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (French or Arabic is a plus). • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; Move management software knowledge is an asset. • Client-focused mindset with strong attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and work under pressure. • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
