Job description

We are looking for an IT Support Team Lead based Abu Dhabi, UAE for one of our direct client.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Team Lead or similar role, with at least 3-5 years in a support team environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL best practices (HaloITSM, ServiceNow, ConnectWise)
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of technical issues (hardware, software, networking, cloud etc.).
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills with the ability to engage and build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of M365, Azure, Cisco Meraki, MDM (Intune/JAMF), Firewalls, and network stack.
  • A strong technical background with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Cyber Security, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
