Must-Have:

• 4+ years of experience in Support Services Engineering (NOC Operation)
• Skilled in monitoring and managing data centers, NOC, virtualization, and cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience in maintaining documentation for data centers, cloud, and network support, including high & low-level design, global network maps, drawings, and traffic flow diagrams.

Nice To Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or a related discipline
• Technical certifications/studies in VMware, Hyper-V, CompTIA (Server+, Network+, Security+), CCNA, CCNP, SolarWinds, ManageEngine
• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification
• Certifications in Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Azure Fundamentals, or Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate would add value
