You’ll lead the frontline team that ensures mission-critical clients - spanning government, defense, and enterprise - get world-class support. From handling escalations to shaping processes, you’ll be the trusted bridge between customers and engineering, helping keep some of the most sensitive systems running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing technical support team
  • Act as the escalation point for critical, security-sensitive issues
  • Drive service excellence with clear KPIs (uptime, MTTR, containment time)
