Job description

As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and smooth operation of the Cyviz systems installed. Act as a first contact of response to any support tickets. Attending to schedule preventive maintenance visits as per the SLA with respective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test and troubleshoot any technical issue either on-site or over the phone.
  • Perform routine maintenance and ensure all AV equipment is in good and safe working order.
  • Diagnosing and resolving system problems, replacing parts and systems as necessary.
  • Provide customers with necessary user and technical training regarding the operation of the AV system.
  • Maintaining document records and archiving the same.
  • Following up on all open support tickets with Cyviz’s Global Support team.
  • Signing off ATPs and preventive maintenance reports.
  • Ensuring continued customer satisfaction with Cyviz solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an AV Technician or similar role.
  • Good networking skills.
  • Familiarity with audio and visual systems and equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays and handle physical demands of the job.
  • Valid driver’s license.
