Job summary

Essity in Dubai seeks a Supply Service Representative to manage the transport and distribution of Finished Goods, Mother Reels and Raw Materials across sites, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.

You will follow safety rules, handle orders, support KPI fulfilment, interface with outsourcing partners, and identify improvement opportunities. SAP/Excel proficiency and English fluency are required; SAP APO/S4 HANA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in FMCG supply service.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel and reporting modules.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience with SAP APO/S4 HANA is an advantage.
• Export loadings and supply chain experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respect all safety rules on site.
• Follow up and fulfill customers’ orders of Finished Goods, Mother Reels and Raw Materials.
• Replenish IDC and stock points to agreed targets and avoid leftovers.
• Detect and prevent service problems.
• Handle complaints.
• Interface with outsourcing partners for external warehousing and transports.
• Contribute to KPI fulfillment for Supply Service.
• Identify improvement opportunities and set corrective actions.

About the Role

In this role, plan transports and distribution of Finished Goods, Mother Reels and Raw Material for a Site or more than one in the most efficient way.

What You Will Do

• Respect all the Safety rules in the Site.
• Follow-up and fulfil customers’ orders of Finished Goods, Mother Reels and Raw Material.

• Contribute to the fulfilment of KPI’s set for Supply Service.
• Identify within the area of responsibility improvement opportunities and set corrective actions (if necessary).
• Might deal with customs clearing. Might lead a team.

Who You Are

• Must have 3-5 years in FMCG supply service
• Must be a strong user of SAP, Excel, and reporting modules
• Must be proficient in English
• Experience as an S4 HANA or SAP APO R3 user is an advantage
• Experience in export loadings is an advantage
• Experience in supply chain is an advantage
