Job Overview

Ensure smooth and timely execution of the supply planning cycle, covering local and international vendors. Responsible for order placement, follow-up, and international logistics coordination to guarantee product availability while optimizing purchase terms, rebates, and freight operations. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and planning systems (including Slimstock) to drive product availabiltiy, efficiency, and value creation across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Order Execution & Coordination (40%)

  • Lead end-to-end purchase order process for both local and foreign suppliers.
  • Ensure timely order placement, tracking, and follow-up until goods are delivered.
  • Maintain accurate purchase order data in ERP and planning systems.

Supply Planning with Slimstock (25%)

  • Manage supply alerts in Slimstock, ensuring timely review and resolution.
  • Drive purchase order calculations through Slimstock, validating proposals and adjusting as needed.
  • Collaborate with demand planning to refine parameters (safety stock, lead times, MOQ, seasonality).
  • Monitor forecast/supply alignment using Slimstock dashboards and reporting.

Supplier Management & Rebates (15%)

  • Track and report supplier purchase targets and rebate agreements.
  • Coordinate with Finance to validate accruals and ensure rebate collection.
  • Maintain supplier scorecards and performance tracking (OTIF, lead time, fill rate).

International Freight & Documentation (15%)

  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and suppliers for import shipments.
  • Ensure proper documentation (invoices, packing lists, COO, health certificates, etc.) for smooth customs clearance.
  • Track shipment timelines and proactively communicate risks or delays.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement (5%)

  • Align with demand planning team to ensure supply plans meet forecast requirements.
  • Work with Logistics on inbound scheduling, warehousing, and delivery planning.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve supply planning processes, with focus on better use of Slimstock and ERP.

Key Requirements

Technical Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with Supply Chain planning systems (Slimstock preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of supply planning, order execution, and procurement processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis (Power Query/Pivot an advantage).
  • Familiarity with international trade terms (Incoterms, freight modes, import documentation).

Professional Background:

  • 3–5 years in supply planning, procurement, or supply chain coordination.
  • Experience managing both local and international vendors.
  • Retail, FMCG, or e-commerce industry experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of ensuring supply reliability and driving process efficiency.
