As a Supply Planner, you will assist the department in ensuring that projects are successfully led.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Among various responsibilities, your main mission is to manage and optimize the supply and stock availability, while respecting product strategy, central operations, and commercial guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Demand and Supply planning: In Range products - Collaborate with headquarters and Cartier Central Operations (COP) to review, analyze, and consolidate regional sales forecasts, assess supply needs, manage stock policies, set allocation priorities, and conduct gap analyses to improve forecasting and supply chain efficiency.
  • Novelties - Coordinate with Regional Marketing and HQ to finalize yearly forecasts for novelties, define launch assortments, manage allocation strategies, and monitor performance using KPIs like Sell-Thru, Fill Rate, and On-Time Delivery.
  • Inventory Planning: Collaborate with various teams to define regional product assortments, analyze inventory levels, manage short-term priorities, define buy-back strategies, and conduct inventory analysis to align with targets and financial requirements.
  • Analysis and continuous improvement: Continuously improve demand and supply planning processes, play a pivotal role in S&OP processes, define and track pertinent KPIs, and actively contribute to regional supply chain projects.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a Supply Chain, merchandising department, with previous exposure to demand - sales planning and/or supply planning.
  • Knowledge of luxury market (Jewelry, Watches or Accessories) is a plus.
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills (PowerBI would be a plus).
  • Knowledge of SAP is essential.
  • Team oriented, action & result oriented, organized & rigorous, good communication, relational and analytical skills, pragmatic.
