National Plastic and Building Material Industries LLC is seeking a senior supply chain leader responsible for end-to-end inventory control, demand planning and production scheduling. The role ensures material and product availability to meet project demands using robust SOPs and ERP systems.

The candidate should have 12–20 years’ experience in manufacturing or distribution, strong Excel skills, and deep knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12–20 years of supply chain experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environment.

• Oversee ABC inventory management for in-house manufactured and imported products.
• Lead the production planning process in full compliance with the Production Plan Process SOP.
• Maintain stock coverage targets A 20 30 days B 10 15 days C 7 days for all SKUs.
• Coordinate production capacity, machine availability and urgent order integration with Production.
• Prevent warehouse congestion and ensure efficient space utilisation.
• Share forecasts, replenishment needs and urgent requirements with Procurement for timely PO placement.
• Liaise with Logistics to priorities dispatch schedules based on stock readiness.
