Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a senior supply chain leader to oversee inventory management, warehouse operations, demand planning and production planning to ensure materials and finished products are available to meet customer and project demands.

You will manage ABC inventory for in-house manufactured and imported products, coordinate capacity and urgent order integration with Production, and liaise with Logistics to prioritise dispatch schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 12–20 years of experience in supply chain, warehousing or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Inventory Management, Demand Planning and Warehouse Operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.

Lead and manage supply chain function including inventory management warehouse operations demand planning and production planning ensuring the availability of materials and finished products to meet customer and project demands strong

Key Responsibilities

• strong Oversee ABC inventory management for in-house manufactured and imported products
• Lead the production planning process in full compliance with the Production Plan Process SOP
• Maintain stock coverage targets A 20 30 days B 10 15 days C 7 days for all SKUs
• Coordinate production capacity machine availability and urgent order integration with Production
• Prevent warehouse congestion and ensure efficient space utilisation
• Share forecasts replenishment needs and urgent requirements with Procurement for timely PO placement
• Liaise with Logistics to priorities dispatch schedules based on stock readiness

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field;12–20 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, within a manufacturing or distribution environment.Strong knowledge of Inventory Management, Demand Planning, and Warehouse Operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP Systems, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
