Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Dubai invites motivated UAE nationals to join as a Supply Chain Trainee within our High-End Luxury division. You will rotate across seven brands and gain hands-on experience in how products move from warehouse to stores, across planning, logistics and merchandising operations.

Through this program you will develop Excel tracking skills, learn supply chain systems such as Blue Yonder, and collaborate with multiple internal teams and suppliers to ensure store readiness and timely

Qualifications

• UAE National with a Family Book.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• A genuine interest in Supply Chain, logistics, merchandise planning or retail operations.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong follow-through and the ability to keep track of multiple operational tasks.
• A proactive mindset and the confidence to ask questions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills when working with different internal stakeholders.
• An interest in systems, data tracking and process improvement.
• Curiosity about the operational side of high-end luxury retail.

Responsibilities

• Support stock allocation and the movement of products from warehouse to store across high-end luxury brands.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and internal teams to support stock requirements and store readiness.
• Maintain Excel trackers and support regular operational reporting.
• Gain exposure to Supply Chain systems and technology, including the integration of Blue Yonder.
• Assist with placing orders and coordinating with suppliers.
• Follow up on supplier timelines, stock availability, locally sourced materials and international shipments.
• Support merchandise planning activities across luxury brands, including Ferragamo and Jimmy Choo Fragrances.
• Assist with order planning and understand how products are planned and distributed to stores.
• Work with planning data, product flows and store requirements.
• Learn how merchandise planning contributes to commercial performance and store readiness.
• Support Return-to-Vendor (RTV) processes for returned or damaged stock.
• Assist with RTV documentation, coordination and operational follow-up.
• Work across stores, warehouses, suppliers and internal teams to help keep Supply Chain operations moving efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Supply Chain Trainee within our High-End Luxury business, you'll gain hands-on exposure to the operational engine behind luxury retail. Working across a portfolio of seven brands, you'll rotate across different areas of Supply Chain and develop an understanding of how products and materials move through the business.

Your responsibilities and learning exposure will include:

• Support stock allocation and the movement of products from warehouse to store across high-end luxury brands.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and internal teams to support stock requirements and store readiness.

• Maintain Excel trackers and support regular operational reporting.

• Gain exposure to Supply Chain systems and technology, including the integration of Blue Yonder.

• Support PLV and packaging management, including shopping bags, stickers, wrapping paper and other operational materials.

• Assist with placing orders and coordinating with suppliers.

• Follow up on supplier timelines, stock availability, locally sourced materials and international shipments.

• Support merchandise planning activities across luxury brands, including Ferragamo and Jimmy Choo Fragrances.

• Assist with order planning and understand how products are planned and distributed to stores.

• Work with planning data, product flows and store requirements.

• Learn how merchandise planning contributes to commercial performance and store readiness.
