About the Role:

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for recent UAE graduates to start their careers as a Supply Chain Specialist in Dubai. This is a structured two-year rotational program designed to develop young talent, with one year in Customer Service and the second in Logistics.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will participate in our Supply Chain department through a two-year program, gaining practical experience in both Customer Service and Logistics.

Customer Service: Manage shipments, build relationships with key accounts in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, ensure timely order processing, meet SLAs, analyze KPIs, and suggest improvements.

Logistics: Oversee inbound shipments, coordinate product registration with Dubai Municipality, and manage inventory cycles to maintain stock accuracy.

Who we are looking for:

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, has strong communication skills, business acumen, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement are essential qualities.
