Roles & Responsibilities

The Operations Administrator is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

  1. Assisting the Repair & Maintenance Manager with the allocation of resources.
  2. Scheduling work required and maintaining accurate ERP system data.
  3. Communication of changes between Operations and Service teams, in both directions.
  4. Working closely with the Supply Chain to ensure all parts are available for new build assets and document accordingly.
  5. Updating workshop-related spreadsheets and ERP System Data.
