Supply Chain Manager – Pharmaceuticals

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a unique and growing pharmaceutical company based in Dubai.

This successful expanding and innovative pharmaceutical company manufactures pharmaceutical products in a range of therapeutic areas.

As Supply Chain Manager, you will report to the Supply Chain Director and be expected to help support the daily and long-term operational and improvement activities within the Supply Chain function.

Your key responsibilities include:

1. Liaising closely with internal and external stakeholders
2. Helping in the delivery of cool-chain, controlled drug products to global locations
3. Being responsible for key areas of the commercial supply chain including demand planning, purchasing and inventory management, packaging and artwork coordination, warehousing, and distribution

The successful candidate will have a science or a science-related degree along with a strong pharmaceutical and management background. Previous understanding of LEAN, operational KPIs, and experience supervising employees are required. A good understanding of GMP and GDP is needed along with strong project management and problem-solving skills. You must also have excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills and be capable of working in a team.
