Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy and Investments, Investment Banking, Business Transformation, Financial Due Diligence or Investment Management

What’s the role?

Official job title is Commercial Manager - Strategy and will be based in Dubai, UAE. The role is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that support the organization's investment portfolio, business growth objectives, and geographic expansion plans. The role provides strategic guidance through market intelligence, investment analysis, location strategy, and organizational growth assessments. Working closely with senior leadership, investment teams, Finance, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders, the Strategy Manager evaluates investment opportunities, conducts market and talent analyses, develops business cases, and delivers actionable recommendations that drive sustainable growth and value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Corporate Investment Strategy Support the development and execution of the organization's corporate investment strategy and long-term growth agenda.
• Assess investment opportunities, partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic business initiatives.

• Develop location strategies for new offices, hubs, and corporate investments.
• Evaluate regional economic conditions, labor markets, operating costs, and business ecosystems to support expansion decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize geographic growth opportunities.
• Organizational Growth & Operating Model Design Support organizational design reviews and operating model assessments associated with growth initiatives.
• Evaluate resource requirements, organizational structures, and capability gaps to support investment and expansion objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve workforce efficiency, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support strategic initiatives related to automation, digital transformation, and capability building.
