About Our Client

Our client is a technology company delivering innovative solutions tailored for businesses in packaging, printing, and retail industries.

They are looking to hire a Supply Chain Manager for their UAE office (MENA Region). The Supply Chain Manager has a key role responsible for operating out of MENA and Asia regions.

Location

The Supply Chain Manager will work from Sharjah, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead demand forecasting and supply planning to meet customer and production needs.
  • Oversee stock levels to ensure optimal inventory turnover and reduce excess or shortages.
  • Implement and monitor inventory control systems (First In First Out).
  • Manage the purchasing process from vendor selection to contract negotiation.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, and warehousing
  • Handle custom clearances, reporting, and compliance with customs authorities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Track team performance against KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in inventory, procurement, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
