Job Description

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process, ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. This role requires strategic planning, cost control, and supplier relationship management to ensure smooth operations while meeting business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in supply chain management, and the ability to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• Oversee purchasing activities, negotiate with suppliers, and establish long-term partnerships to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking while ensuring optimal stock turnover.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transportation teams to ensure timely distribution of goods and efficient delivery to customers.
• Analyze supply chain data, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Work closely with internal departments, including sales, production, and finance, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness while managing vendor relationships.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions and maintain business continuity.
• Utilize supply chain software and technology to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics roles.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• Proficiency in supply chain software.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and import/export procedures is a plus.
