Supply Chain Manager

About the Role:

We’re seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient, cost-effective supply chain strategies while ensuring timely access to high-quality materials. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Lead the supply chain budget planning and management process
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across supply chain operations
• Drive standardization of SOPs in alignment with the company’s mission and vision
• Maximize resource and equipment utilization in accordance with operational targets
• Implement effective working capital optimization plans
• Establish, track, and continuously improve key supply chain KPIs

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience across all supply chain functions in GCC, including international exposure
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and perform under pressure
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with complex data and figures
• Proficiency in MS applications and ERP systems
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• CPIM certification or equivalent is a plus
