Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading procurement activities. He /she support the maintenance and execution of strategies, focusing on cost-savings and cost-avoidance whilst delivering agreed strategic and operational business requirements locally and at Group level.
Duties, Functions and Responsibilities
- Strategic network optimization, including the number, location, and size of warehousing and facilities.
- Oversee the logistics including overseas shipping.
- Ensure proper infrastructure to support supply chain operations.
- Establish transportation strategy, including frequency, routes, and contracting.
- Benchmarking of all operations against competitors and implementation of best practice throughout the enterprise
- Understand the business needs and develop resource plans, manpower plans, various analyses (e.g., organizational, markets, feasibility, cost/benefit studies);
- Manage inventory flow and ensure material quality by appropriate testing;
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that are in compliance with company’s needs.
- Responsible for all purchasing & billing activities within the Dynagraph
- Responsible for the consumable pricing within the Dynagraph
- Ensure purchase lead times for spare parts and consumables are efficient
- Negotiate and handle the relationship with forwarding and customs, clearing agents
- Maintain the forwarder & Clearing agents contact list
- Monitor the maintenance of inventory at minimum acceptable levels;
- Ensure the proper store keeping of all purchased consumable goods according to vendor specifications
- Coordinate with finance/accounting on matters involving inventory carry costs;
- Work on the monthly & quarterly reporting based on the Dynamics GP Enterprise Resource Planning Solution
- Manage and mentor his/her team;
- Ensures achievement of performance targets for teams are in line with the baseline program;
Key Result Area
- Ensure a robust supply chain, lead stock rationalization and cost reduction programs and develop and improve supplier relationships and performance.
Required Qualifications
- The candidate shall have a Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Technical area preferably. An MBA is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or production
- Very good command of Arabic, English. French is an asset
- Ability to understand and appreciate technical issues associated with purchase and supply of printing materials
- Ability to work well with all levels of management, executive leadership and support staff
- Willingness to travel frequently to the variety of countries within MENA
- Able to present complex technical information and concepts in business terms
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, employees of company
- Understanding of how to develop and implement business strategies

Strong Knowledge of IT Tools, ERP’S, MSOffice, Great Plain an advantage.
