About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, building materials, fit-out, or high-end furniture industries and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials, efficient logistics, and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end supply chain strategies and logistics operations.
  • Oversee procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution of materials.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Plan and optimize transportation, freight, and distribution strategies to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across the supply chain.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain and logistics team.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost savings.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics management, preferably in construction, building materials, fit-out, or high-end furniture industries.
  • Proven track record in procurement, inventory management, and distribution planning.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software, ERP systems, and supply chain best practices.
