Job Purpose :

We are seeking an executive-level experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Director to lead and transform our global operations with a focus on innovation, cost-efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will streamline the flow of goods, services, and information, ensuring seamless end-to-end operations, strong vendor relationships, and scalability for future growth. With expertise in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and inventory management, you will drive operational excellence, enhancing efficiency and resilience in our dynamic markets. Your leadership will ensure our supply chain remains agile and primed for success.

Your Impact :

1. Shape and drive the global supply chain and logistics strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market expansion, and operational excellence.
2. Architect end-to-end supply chain transformation, optimising demand planning, warehousing, logistics, and distribution for efficiency and scalability.
3. Lead expansion initiatives, developing adaptive supply chain and logistics frameworks that support growth into new markets, product lines, and geographies while mitigating risk.
4. Strengthen business resilience, designing proactive risk management strategies and contingency plans that safeguard against disruptions.
5. Drive service excellence, refining operational models to ensure seamless customer experiences through accurate, timely, and agile supply chain and logistics execution.
6. Develop high-impact supplier and vendor partnerships, leveraging strategic negotiations to enhance quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability across the network.
7. Champion digital and data-driven innovation, integrating emerging technologies and advanced analytics to elevate visibility, streamline execution, and maximise performance.
8. Embed sustainability, governance, and compliance into core operations, driving our ESG agenda and ensuring regulatory excellence.
9. Inspire and mentor high-performing teams, fostering leadership development and a continuous improvement mindset across supply chain and logistics functions.

What We’re Looking For :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
2. Proven executive-level experience in global supply chain management and logistics, with expertise in FMCG, F&B, retail, or distribution industries.
3. Deep understanding of health and safety, regulatory, and quality standards in supply chain and logistics operations.
4. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in supply chain, warehousing, and logistics management software and tools.
