Job summary

ROShell FZC, a Fujairah Free Zone manufacturer, seeks a Materials Planning & Inventory Management professional to own purchasing, forecast analysis, and ERP records. You will manage supplier lists, issue POs, monitor stock and ensure timely availability for production.

You will overseeing warehousing, customs clearance, and international logistics, aiming to minimize costs while maintaining compliance with UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or related field.
• 4+ years in supply chain, purchasing, planning, imports/exports and logistics, UAE preferred.
• Strong understanding of material planning, warehousing, and international shipping.
• Knowledge of UAE customs regulations, HS codes and import/export docs.
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office with good data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of purchasing process and manage approved supplier lists.
• Analyse production schedules and forecast material requirements.
• Issue purchase orders, track deliveries and close orders in ERP.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory to minimize working capital.
• Manage customs clearance docs and liaise with brokers for imports/exports.
• Oversee warehousing operations, audits and space optimization.
• Ensure accurate landed cost records and ERP master data accuracy.
