The Supply Chain Lead will act as the central point of leadership across all supply chain functions, starting from sourcing and procurement through to inventory oversight, warehouse logistics and customer fulfilment. This would be a pivotal role geared towards synchronising demand forecasts with production schedules, requiring strategic expertise, operational excellence and the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and globally connected manufacturing environment.

In addition to developing and executing procurement strategies to support production, this role would be responsible for leading supplier negotiations, managing bidding processes and maintaining high standards of quality and cost-effectiveness. To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistic, Business, or a related area, alongside at least 7 years’ experience within the manufacturing industry. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies will be advantageous, along with a demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience across demand planning, procurement operations, international logistics and compliance.
