Job description

Financial and Operational Management in Supply Chain

This role involves developing financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning of supply chain operations, evaluating new investment feasibility, and partnering with supply chain leaders to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Key responsibilities include preparing financial reports and performance metrics for senior management, collaborating across departments for financial alignment, managing risks, and leading continuous improvement projects within financial processes.

Operational Responsibilities
  • Track and control Capex in G&I BU
  • Monitor and optimize OPEX to meet budget goals
  • Partner with logistics on importation, customs, and transportation logistics
  • Prepare and analyze the annual budget (AOP) for supply chain financials
Cost Review and Optimization
  • Maintain and improve cost accounting functions supporting manufacturing and supply chain
  • Review production BOMs and analyze consumption variances, utilizing Oracle ERP
  • Design and implement principles for calculating COGS by SKU and overall, and conduct related analytics
Procurement Optimization
  • Support supplier bid evaluations and sourcing strategy analysis
  • Review CAPEX spends and monitor budget variances in line with DoA
Performance Management Support
  • Contribute to KPI architecture and financial performance reporting for supply chain
  • Generate and publish supply chain dashboards and reports
  • Assist in G&I P&L preparation based on costs and expenses
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, with a preference for specialization in Finance and Accounts Management
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role, preferably in consumer products or packaged goods sectors
