Job summary

GMG in Dubai is seeking a logistics and supply chain professional to support order management across future and in-season activities. The role focuses on consolidating orders, PO creation, and ensuring timely delivery while coordinating with principals, vendors, and shipping agents.

You will analyze seasonal data and contribute to forecasting and Power BI dashboards. Responsibilities include creating inbound deliveries in SAP, managing freight documentation, and driving process improvements

• Assist management of future and in-season orders: consolidation, upload, confirmation, amendment, and PO creation.
• Proven record of handling order management and hands-on experience in managing big data.
• Consult with principals/vendors to obtain latest inbound shipping details and regulate container flow.
• Provide inbound forecast projections for full season (weeks, units, containers).
• Provide weekly tracking reports for internal departments and update SCM tracker data base for Power BI dashboard.
• Work with Category/Marketing/Retail/Wholesale teams to identify key styles and launch dates and communicate information to principal.
• Push principal to ensure on-time and in-full delivery of order book with focus on key styles and looks.
• Coordinate with Principal Shipping and Logistics for documentation, customs clearance and shipment priority.
• Coordinate with assigned shipping agent on shipment collection and movements.
• Create IBD with carton IDs in SAP.
• Invoice upload in SAP against IBD.
• Excess, shortage, and damage claims from principal/vendor.
• Coordinate RTV (return to vendor) process when required.
• Manage product destruction locally upon request from Principal.
• Provide accurate seasonal data for internal systems (pricing master files, PI creation).
• Analyze performance post-season.
• Evolve and elevate existing tools to streamline supply chain processes.

What youll be doing:

• Assist management of future and in season orders consolidation upload confirmation amendment of orders accordingly and PO creation.
• Proven record of handling order management and should have hands on experience in managing big data

• Push principal to ensure on time and in full delivery of order book with special focus on key styles / key looks.
• Co-ordinate with Principal Shipping and Logistics for documentation custom clearance and priority of shipments
• Co-ordinate with assigned shipping agent on shipment collection and movements.
• Create IBD (inbound delivery) with carton ID in SAP.
• Invoice upload in SAP against IBD.
• Excess shortage damage claims from principle/vendor.
• Coordinate RTV (return to vendor) process whenever required.
• Manage product destruction locally upon request from Principle.
• Provide accurate seasonal data for internal systems (including data for PI creation master files pricing).
• Analyze the performance post season.
