Job summary

Agile Consultants in Dubai seeks a Supply Chain Coordinator to support daily logistics, customer service, and material flow. You will coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and clients to provide timely delivery updates and maintain ERP records.

The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. UAE driving license is not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of experience in a similar supply chain, logistics, or material coordination role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• ERP system experience; SAP knowledge will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Comply with company policies and procedures related to logistics and supply chain management.
• Provide reliable and accurate ETAs and feedback to clients regarding deliveries and project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and follow up on logistics-related activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Liaise with the procurement team to ensure priority orders and project requirements are fulfilled on time.
• Maintain and enhance logistics information within the ERP system, ensuring all updates and modifications are accurately recorded.
• Provide logistics and supply chain information to internal departments, management, and clients as required.
• Coordinate proactively with procurement, warehouse, and other departments to ensure efficient material sourcing and service delivery.
• Support the delivery of responsive logistics services while ensuring project schedules and customer requirements are met.
• Maintain strong after-sales customer relationships and ensure client priorities are addressed as directed by management.
• Identify logistics tools, operational needs, and process improvements to enhance warehouse responsiveness and efficiency.
• Organize and plan warehouse material flow to support project and operational requirements.
• Monitor and follow up on internal services such as crimping, coating, bending, and deliveries to ensure project timelines are achieved.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics, warehouse, and customer service functions.
