About the Role:

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely procurement, inventory management, and seamless coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate procurement activities and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Liaise with logistics providers to ensure efficient transportation and delivery of materials.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of shipments, orders, and inventory data.
  • Support demand planning by analyzing historical data and forecasting needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including operations, production, and finance, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
