Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee all aspects of supply chain and order handling. This role involves ensuring the seamless flow of raw materials and final products from suppliers to customers, with a strong focus on timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the automotive or general trading sectors, and must be fluent in both English and Russian. Job description

• Responsible for all aspects of supply chain and order handling, ensuring the flow of raw materials and final products from suppliers to customers with on time delivery • Coordinates information flow between suppliers, customers, and transportation providers to ensure proper movement of shipments • Manage import, export, and cross-trade shipments; handle one pack and re-sale orders, including scheduling and communicating with suppliers. • Receive purchase orders, coordinate with the procurement devision preparing commercial offers to customers, analyze pricing, discuss with the customer the organization of purchases • Prepare and manage documentation, including invoice, issuance of Certificates of Origin from the Ministry of Economy or Chamber of Commerce; customs documentations; shipping documents • Conclusion of contracts with customers and suppliers, additional agreements, collection of documents for the portfolio of suppliers and customers; internal registers of suppliers, customers, sales; supply calendar

• At least 2 years of experience in the same role preferably form automotive industry or general trading • Excellent understanding of INCO terms, regulations, and ISO requirements • Fluency in English !!! and Russian !!! is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages, is advantageous. • Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications. • Must have strong knowledge of SAP and Excel • Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management. • Immediate joiners will be prioritized !!!
