What you'll be doing

You will define and optimize supply plans to maintain balanced inventory levels and ensure product availability, focusing on capacity planning, vendor collaboration, and monitoring key performance metrics.

Core responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply planning and replenishment techniques, communicating results to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with Demand Planners to understand sales forecasts and validate stock models.
• Identify and address supply constraints, proposing remedial actions.
• Manage KPIs and SLAs with key suppliers.
• Ensure accurate supply-related data for replenishment systems.
• Partner with Group Logistics to optimize transportation and supply chain processes.
• Develop strategies for inventory returns, transfers, and stock depletion, adjusting planning accordingly.

Performance Monitoring and KPIs

• Monitor KPIs such as In Stock Availability (ISA), Days of Inventory (DOI), On-Time In-Full (OTIF), Gross Margin, and allocation efficiency.

What you’ll need to succeed

Professional Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in supply planning.
• Proficiency in supply planning tools, preferably Blue Yonder and SAP.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Attention to detail in planning and execution.
